• Your company name and the division/department you belong to
• Your occupation (job title)
• Your company’s telephone number and fax number
• Your company’s mailing address
• Your passport number (if you are not a permanent Japanese resident)

3-1-1. Purpose of Use

We use your information for the purpose of:
1) issuing a media/trade visitor pass *
2) making a mailing list to provide you with media releases on TOKYO AUTO SALON and other events run by us or our group companies
* All applications shall undergo an accreditation process and some cases may result in ineligible to be accredited.

3-1-2 Duration of Retainment

We retain your information, derived from the application form you submitted, for one year.

3-1-3. Your Consent to Our Collection of Your Information

You shall read and understand this Privacy Policy before making a media registration. By using The Site to make a registration, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.
